(2.7b) Lowest Common Multiple (LCM)

There are 3 methods to find the LCM:

Method 1 : Listing down the multiples of each given number.

Method 2 : Algorithm method.

Method 3 : Prime factorisation method.

 The first common multiple is the lowest common multiple (LCM)
